Job Summary
RDK Group is seeking a skilled and proactive Facilities Maintenance Engineer to oversee the maintenance and operation of building systems and infrastructure in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate ensures that all facilities operate efficiently, safely and in compliance with relevant standards, planning and supervising maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of facilities maintenance experience in residential buildings, and availability to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and supervise all maintenance activities for facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure quality work and timely completion.
- Prepare maintenance reports, documentation and performance analysis.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues.
