Job Overview
Job Summary
Ahar Group is seeking a hands-on Accountant & Export Documentation Officer in Dubai to manage accounting entries, banking transactions, export documentation and coordination with origin teams across Africa. The role requires strong execution capability, attention to detail, and ownership of both financial and operational processes, including Tally entries, reconciliations, vendor payments, cash flow monitoring, export documents and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 5–8 years of accounting experience and proficiency in Tally and advanced Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily transactions in Tally (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journals) in coordination with the Africa origin teams.
- Reconcile debtors, creditors and bank accounts, and follow up on collections and payments.
- Handle vendor payments, advances and settlements in a timely and controlled manner.
- Coordinate with banks for transactions, documentation and issue resolution.
- Monitor cash flow and support treasury activities.
- Manage export documentation including Invoice, Packing List, BL and COO.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries using advanced Excel.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure strong internal controls and policy adherence.
Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory
