Job Summary
Alutal Aluminium & Glass LLC is seeking an organized and experienced Storekeeper to manage factory inventory in Dubai. The role involves receiving, storing and issuing aluminium profiles, glass, accessories and consumables while maintaining accurate stock records and helping prevent production delays.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming materials, verify quantities against LPOs and delivery notes, and inspect for transit damage.
- Organize and store aluminium profiles, glass sheets, hardware and silicone or sealants safely and systematically.
- Issue materials to the production floor, site floor and project site based on approved cutting lists and material requests.
- Maintain accurate real-time inventory records, both manual and software-based, and conduct regular physical stock counts.
- Monitor minimum stock levels for critical consumables and initiate purchase requests to prevent shortages.
- Ensure the store area is clean, safe and compliant with HSE standards.
