Job Summary
FDC Interiors is looking for a QA/QC Engineer with hands-on factory experience to join its production team in the interior fit-out and joinery manufacturing division. The role focuses on implementing quality procedures, inspecting production stages, maintaining quality documents, and ensuring finished products meet approved specifications before dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures across factory operations.
- Conduct stage-wise inspections during joinery production, including cutting, assembly, polishing, and finishing.
- Ensure raw materials and finished products meet approved specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain ITPs, checklists, and quality reports.
- Coordinate closely with production, design, and site teams for quality compliance.
- Identify non-conformances in production and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Monitor finishing quality, dimensions, and workmanship before dispatch.

Mandatory Requirements
