We are urgently hiring a Terrazzo / Flooring Engineer. The job role is as follows:

• Location: Dubai, UAE
• Industry: Construction / Interior Fit-Out / Specialist Flooring
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 8,000
• UAE Driving License: Preferred
• Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred
• Visa Type: Visit Visa / Cancelled Visa / Own Visa

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on UAE/GCC experience in epoxy terrazzo, cementitious terrazzo, divider strip detailing, grinding, polishing, sealing, and luxury floor finishing works across hospitality, retail, commercial, and high-end residential projects.

Responsibilities

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:

• Supervise terrazzo flooring installation from substrate preparation to final polishing
• Review shop drawings, BOQ, IFC drawings, and site execution details
• Ensure compliance with approved mock-ups, consultant specifications, and project timelines
• Coordinate with civil, MEP, fit-out, marble, and QA/QC teams
• Manage subcontractors, terrazzo applicators, and polishing machine operators
• Ensure finish quality including gloss level, flatness, slope, joints, and color consistency
• Conduct snagging, de-snagging, and final handover inspections
• Prepare daily progress and material consumption reports
• Maintain HSE compliance during grinding and polishing works

Requirements

To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years UAE/GCC experience
• Strong expertise in epoxy and cement terrazzo systems
• Experience in luxury villas, hotels, malls, airports, or commercial towers
• Good knowledge of Dubai fit-out standards and finishing tolerances
• Strong subcontractor and manpower coordination skills
• UAE driving license is an added advantage
