Technical Factory Operations Manager
At ARKE Kitchens & Wardrobes, we are looking for a Technical Factory Operations Manager to lead and control the full factory operation for our custom-made kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, and woodwork projects.
This role requires someone with strong technical and operational experience in joinery and wood manufacturing, who can manage the production process from approved drawings until final delivery to site.

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:
- Manage the full factory production process for kitchens, wardrobes, and custom woodwork
- Review technical drawings, cutting lists, and production details before manufacturing
- Coordinate between design, technical, purchasing, factory, and installation teams
- Supervise factory staff, machine operators, carpenters, assemblers, painters, and supervisors
- Control production planning and daily workflow to ensure targets are achieved on time
- Monitor quality standards at every stage of production
- Ensure proper use of materials, accessories, and hardware to reduce waste and control cost
- Follow up on machines, maintenance, and operational efficiency
- Make sure every project is produced as per approved drawings and site requirements
- Coordinate loading, delivery readiness, and installation handover with site teams
- Solve technical and production problems quickly and professionally
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for management about factory progress, delays, and performance

Requirements
