The ideal candidate will bring strong design understanding, site coordination expertise, and quality-focused supervision to ensure fit-out and architectural finishes and details are delivered to the highest standards, in line with approved drawings, specifications, and aesthetic requirements.

Responsibilities

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in UAE, your responsibilities may include:

• Supervise daily architectural and fit-out works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, materials, and specifications
• Monitor finishing works including joinery, façade elements, partitions, ceilings, cladding, and interior details
• Review and validate shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements
• Coordinate with civil, structural, and MEP teams to resolve design and interface issues
• Liaise with contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and sequencing
• Conduct inspections, identify non-conformities, and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Maintain design integrity during construction and provide practical on-site solutions
• Prepare and maintain site records, inspection reports, snag lists, and progress updates

Requirements

To qualify for the Latest Jobs in UAE, applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with 4–7 years of site-based experience
• Proven experience in supervising architectural and fit-out works for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage
• Familiarity with UAE construction practices, authority requirements, and quality control procedures

• Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and capable of working under pressure in dynamic site environments
