Responsibilities

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Abu Dhabi, your responsibilities may include:

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for waterproofing projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Prepare and evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate terms
• Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgets
• Prepare interim valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Track project progress and report cost performance
• Assist in contract administration and documentation
• Coordinate with site, procurement, and project teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements

Requirements

To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Abu Dhabi, applicants should meet the following requirements:

• 3–5 years UAE experience in Waterproofing, Construction, or related field
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems, materials, and costing
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Proficiency in quantity take-off and cost estimation
• Good understanding of contracts, variations, and claims
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant QS software
• Immediate joiners preferred
