Summary
To ensure that aluminum extrusion products meet required
quality standards through detailed inspection, testing, and compliance
with ISO and customer specifications, supporting continuous improvement
in manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Abu Dhabi, your responsibilities may include:
- Perform detailed visual and dimensional inspection of aluminum profiles, coatings, and finished goods
- Verify product specifications against drawings, standards, and customer requirements
- Conduct in-process and final inspections across extrusion, anodizing, and powder coating stages
- Identify defects such as surface imperfections, dimensional deviations, coating issues, and structural faults
- Record inspection results in ERP systems and quality logs
- Report non-conformities and escalating quality issues to supervisors
- Coordinate with production teams for immediate corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and internal quality procedures
- Maintain calibration and proper use of inspection tools and measuring equipment
- Support root cause analysis for quality failures
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Ensure traceability of materials and products
- Monitor quality checkpoints throughout production lifecycle
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in inspection areas

Requirements
