Responsibilities

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in UAE, your responsibilities may include:

• Manage day-to-day procurement activities for FM operations. 
• Source services, materials, and consumables across hard and soft FM categories. 
• Prepare RFQs and RFPs, evaluate quotations, and support vendor selection. 
• Issue LPOs, track deliveries, and ensure timely fulfilment of requirements. 
• Support vendor onboarding, negotiations, and performance monitoring. 
• Assist in managing AMCs, subcontracting agreements, and manpower-related contracts. 
• Coordinate closely with site and operations teams for maintenance and project needs. 
• Maintain procurement records, reporting, and compliance documentation. 
• Support cost optimisation initiatives while maintaining quality and service continuity.

Requirements

To qualify for the Latest Jobs in UAE, applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 
• 4 to 7 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in Facilities Management. 
• Good understanding of FM services, procurement processes, and contract structures. 
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. 
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills. 
• UAE market experience is preferred.
