Summary
To lead and implement health, safety, and environmental
systems across the organization by ensuring compliance with UAE
regulations, reducing workplace risks, driving safety culture, and
maintaining audit-ready HSE standards in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Abu Dhabi, your responsibilities may include:
- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and standards
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE laws, ISO standards, and company policies
- Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections
- Coordinate and conduct 3rd party training consultants for blue collars
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks
- Monitor and enforce PPE compliance across the facility
- Prepare and maintain HSE reports, dashboards, and documentation
- Conduct safety training programs, inductions, and toolbox talks
- Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills
- Monitor environmental compliance including waste management and emissions
- Coordinate with departments to ensure HSE integration into operations
- Track HSE KPIs and present reports to management
- Drive continuous improvement in safety performance and culture
- Ensure contractor and visitor safety compliance
- Lead internal and external HSE audits

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Abu Dhabi, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office and HSE reporting systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder coordination skills

- Ability to lead audits and manage corrective and preventive actions
- Experience in conducting safety training, inductions, and toolbox talks
- Strong understanding of PPE standards, LOTO procedures, and safety enforcement
- Experience in implementing HSE systems, policies, and compliance frameworks
- Proven experience in risk assessment, hazard identification, and incident investigation (RCA)
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
- NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent HSE certification (mandatory)
- 5–8 years of experience in HSE role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field
