Description
Join our team at NCC HQ in Kizad, Khalifa Port (Abu Dhabi) and play a key role in driving efficient HR operations and supporting our people.
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented HR professional with 4–6 years of experience to manage core HR functions including timesheets, employee records, insurance processes, and compliance with UAE labor regulations.
If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for HR, we’d love to hear from you.
Positions:
- HR Officer

- Prepare and review employee timesheets, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Manage employee health insurance processes, including enrollments, renewals and claims coordination
- Oversee leave management and maintain accurate records in line with company policies
- Coordinate and arrange employee medical fitness examinations
- Liaise with the Finance Department regarding billing for medical examination services
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant labor regulations
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Department Head
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
