Description
Sharjah Sustainable City is seeking a well-experienced Document Control &
ACC
Administrator who is responsible for managing and overseeing all
project documentation, administrative coordination, and digital document
management systems across the organization’s Construction and real
estate development projects.
This role serves as the central point
for document control, correspondence management, and project
administration while also acting as the Autodesk Construction Cloud
(ACC) platform administrator, ensuring proper setup, workflow
configuration, document control compliance, and system governance across
all projects.
The role also supports digital reporting and analytics
through Power BI dashboards, providing management with clear visibility
of document status, project submissions, approvals, and workflow
performance.
Positions:
- Document Control & ACC Administrator
- Establish and manage document control procedures, including document registration, tracking, distribution, and archiving
- Maintain logs for drawings, RFIs, submittals, approvals, and project correspondence
- Ensure proper version control, document numbering, and circulation of latest approved documents
- Administer Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), including system setup, workflows, permissions, and document management
- Provide user support and training for ACC platform across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for document tracking, approvals, and workflow performance
- Manage project correspondence, reports, and official submissions in both Arabic and English
- Support project administration, including meetings, reports, and coordination with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and ISO standards, and support audit processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10–15 years of experience in document control within the construction industry
- Strong experience as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Administrator (mandatory)
- Proven expertise in managing documentation for large-scale projects
- Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and data visualization (preferred)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Strong knowledge of construction workflows, documentation processes, and UAE project environment
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects
