We’re Hiring: Cleaning In-Charge (Front of House & Back of House)
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Cleaning In-Charge to lead and oversee all cleaning and sanitation operations across both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) areas in our DTF shop.
This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety — creating a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in UAE, your responsibilities may include:
- Supervise daily cleaning operations across kitchen, dining, storage, and staff areas
- Plan and execute cleaning schedules (daily, weekly, monthly, and deep cleaning)
- Ensure proper sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and food prep areas
- Monitor high-risk and high-touch areas to maintain hygiene standards
- Conduct inspections and implement corrective actions when needed
- Maintain cleanliness before, during, and after operations
Team Leadership & Training:
- Lead, train, and motivate the cleaning team
- Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Conduct performance evaluations and support continuous improvement
Hygiene & Safety Compliance:
- Ensure full compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Maintain cleaning logs, checklists, and documentation
- Oversee safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals
- Report hazards and maintenance issues promptly

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in UAE, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in cleaning/housekeeping (F&B, hospitality, or facilities)
