Job Summary
Builtway Construction L.L.C is looking for 2 experienced Civil Estimation Engineers to join its UAE team. The ideal candidates must have strong UAE main contractor experience, deep expertise in tendering, cost estimation, quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, subcontractor pricing and large-scale construction project estimation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions.
- Review drawings, specifications and contract documents.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Evaluate project risks and commercial requirements.
- Prepare value engineering and cost optimization proposals.
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this Civil Estimation Engineer vacancy in UAE must meet the following criteria:
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in civil estimation.
- Previous experience working with a main contractor is mandatory.
- Strong background in tendering, cost estimation and quantity take-off.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction market rates and subcontractor pricing.
- Ability to review tender documents, drawings, BOQ, specifications and contracts.
- Strong coordination, negotiation and communication skills.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in commercial, industrial, warehouse and large-scale construction projects is preferred.
- Experience with Design & Build projects is an advantage.
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts is preferred.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
