Key Responsibilities
- Support architectural design development from concept to schematic stages
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants
- Review consultant drawings to ensure alignment with design intent
- Assist with authority submissions (DM, Trakhees, Nakheel, DDA, DACC)
- Participate in design reviews and client presentations
- Ensure compliance with planning regulations (GFA, FAR, setbacks)
- Maintain drawing registers, revision logs, and documentation standards
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this Architect vacancy in Dubai must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 3–4 years of professional experience with at least 1 year in the UAE
- Experience with high-end residential or villa projects preferred
- Strong understanding of UAE authority submission processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Lumion or Twinmotion is an advantage
