Job Summary
Kabri International Co. LLC is seeking an experienced and strategic Accounts Manager to lead financial operations in Dubai. The role requires strong expertise in project-based accounting, financial controls, budgeting, IFRS reporting, VAT, Corporate Tax, and authority compliance across infrastructure and utilities projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full accounting cycle, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations for multiple projects.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Manage project-wise cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow to support operational and contractual requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of VAT returns, corporate tax filings, and other statutory compliance with FTA, DM, and Dubai authorities.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies for audits, financing, and compliance reviews.
- Monitor and enforce internal controls, financial policies, and risk management procedures.
- Liaise with project managers and procurement teams to track project expenses, verify subcontractor payments, and optimize financial efficiency.
- Support management with financial analysis, feasibility studies, and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this Accounts Manager vacancy in Dubai must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Master’s degree or professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CA is preferred.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management.
- At least 5 years of GCC experience, with UAE experience mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws, Corporate Tax, IFRS, and local authority financial reporting requirements.
- Experience in the construction, infrastructure, or utilities sector is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems like SAP/Oracle.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
