1. Accounts Officer
Square Precast Factory LLC is seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to manage financial records, accounting operations and financial reporting within the company. The candidate must be able to handle accounting processes accurately and support financial management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions and financial records
- Prepare financial reports and accounting documentation
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting data
- Coordinate with management regarding financial reporting
Requirements
- MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 10 years accounting experience
- UAE experience preferred
- Professional experience using Odoo accounting system
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Good analytical and organizational skills
2. Store Keeper
Square Precast Factory LLC is looking for a qualified Store Keeper responsible for managing warehouse inventory, monitoring stock levels and ensuring proper storage and documentation of materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain warehouse inventory records and stock management
- Monitor incoming and outgoing materials
- Ensure proper storage and organization of warehouse items
- Prepare stock reports and inventory documentation
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams
- Maintain accurate inventory control procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as Store Keeper
- Strong knowledge of inventory management
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP
- Good organizational and documentation skills
- Experience working in industrial or manufacturing environments preferred
3. Certified Safety Officer

- Configure and maintain WiFi networks and firewall systems
- Administer Google Workspace accounts and company IT access

Requirements
- Experience in IT infrastructure management
