Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Manager – Accounts Receivable to join the resort’s Finance team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Billing: Ensure accurate and timely generation of invoices for all revenue streams.
- Collections: Monitor outstanding receivables and implement effective collection strategies.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on receivables status, aging analysis, and collection performance.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Employees Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor AR employees, fostering a professional and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience in hospitality or luxury resort industry.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
