We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Parts Manager to oversee the daily operations of our automotive parts department. This role is responsible for inventory management, supplier coordination, team leadership, and ensuring efficient parts availability to support service and sales operations.
- Parts Field Sales Executive
We are looking for a results-driven Parts Field Sales Executive to grow and manage relationships with existing and new customers across an assigned territory. This role focuses on promoting automotive parts, increasing market presence, and delivering excellent customer solutions.
- Sales Executive - Government & Tenders
The Sales Executive - Government & Tenders is responsible for managing and expanding business opportunities with government entities through tenders, bids, and official procurement channels. The role focuses on identifying tender opportunities, preparing and submitting compliant bid documents, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining strong relationships with government clients.

- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to meet operational needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Supervise, train, and support parts department staff
- Ensure accurate pricing, invoicing, and documentation
- Monitor department performance and implement process improvements Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Develop and manage a portfolio of customers within the assigned territory
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
- Promote and sell automotive parts to workshops, dealerships, and trade clients
- Maintain regular customer visits and provide product support
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Identify and track government sales opportunities through official tender portals and procurement channels. Prepare, coordinate, and submit tender and bid documents in compliance with technical, commercial, and legal requirements.
- Liaise with internal departments to gather pricing, specifications, approvals, and supporting documentation. Maintain and update all company registrations, certifications, and pre-qualification documents required for government tenders.
- Build and maintain relationships with government clients, procurement officers, and key stakeholders. Support pricing strategies, negotiations, and contract finalization for awarded tenders.
- Manage post-submission clarifications, follow-ups, and tender outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with government procurement policies, contract terms, and submission deadlines.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on tender pipeline, submissions, and performance to management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive parts management or a similar role Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of automotive parts systems and inventory software
- Ability to analyze data and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in automotive parts sales or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum experience in government sales or tendering (automotive or related industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of government procurement and tendering processes.
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and government e-procurement portals.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and compliance requirements.
