This role serves as a Subject Matter Expert, acting as the escalation point for complex technical issues while supporting field engineers, customers, and internal service teams.

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in UAE, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in IT, Engineering, Electronics, or related field

- Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+ (preferred)
