We Are Hiring – Sea Export Coordinator (Dubai)
Gava Erixmar Forwarding LLC is looking for an experienced Sea Export Coordinator to join our team in Dubai.
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sea Export Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing full-container-load (FCL) and less-than-container-load (LCL) operations, including carrier and agent coordination, vessel scheduling, and shipping documentation. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods by sea, from sourcing competitive pricing with shipping lines and co-loaders to monitoring costs and processing invoices in line with Incoterms.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of sea export experience in the UAE, a strong understanding of liner operations, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Experience with FLOTILA ERP is a strong advantage. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global freight forwarding leader and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced logistics environment.

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE Sea Export experience

- Expertise in Shipping Instructions (SI), CRO release, and vessel scheduling
- Ability to source competitive pricing from shipping lines and co-loaders
- Experience monitoring billing/costs and invoicing based on Incoterms
- Knowledge of FLOTILA ERP is a strong advantage
