Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, specializing in the Oil & Gas Contracting Sector. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete procurement lifecycle for gas contracting and industrial projects. You will play a critical part in sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and maintaining compliance with both company policies and UAE regulations.
The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with a strong background in the GCC/UAE market, deep knowledge of industrial materials and gas systems, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. This position requires excellent coordination with engineering, projects, and finance teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services while upholding the highest standards of quality and efficiency. A valid UAE driving license and your own car are essential for this role.

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Abu Dhabi, your responsibilities may include:

- Follow up on pending deliveries and resolve routine supplier issues in coordination with projects / warehouse staff.
- Maintain procurement records including quotations, purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices for audit and reference.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in Gas Contracting / Oil & Gas Sector

- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and procurement documentation.

- Own Car with Valid UAE Driving License is a must.

Mohammed Mansoura has been an instrumental part in the growth of the organization. We execute projects based on NFPA standards, British standards and IGEM standards. Our current projects are being executed in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Al Ain, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Al Fujierah.
At present with a work force of more than 300 Employees and growing including professionally trained Engineers and Technicians are overlooking ongoing projects. Till date we have successfully completed and handed over more than 2400 projects to the local authorities (Civil Defense, JAFZA, ADNOC & GASCO). Royal Gas is Servicing more than 1800 projects allover UAE including Maintenance and LPG/Propane Filling, maintaining its status as one of the fastest-growing Central Gas Distribution companies in the nation with 24/7 services.
