Requirements

Bayaty Architects is currently seeking an experienced and qualified Resident Engineer (Civil / Architectural) to join our team in the UAE. This is an exciting opportunity to work on dynamic, high-profile projects within a reputable and fast-growing engineering and architectural firm.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architecture + PMP
- 13+ years’ experience
- Strong leadership and technical expertise
- Extensive experience from project commencement to handover & DLP
- Expertise in architectural finishes, submittals, variations, and payments
- Strong knowledge of local authorities’ requirements
2. Mechanical Engineer
Bayaty Architects is currently seeking an experienced and qualified Mechanical Engineer to join our team in the UAE. This is an exciting opportunity to work on dynamic, high-profile projects within a reputable and fast-growing engineering and architectural firm.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years’ experience and 5 years’ of experience in the UAE in site supervision, contractor inspections, and technical material submittals
- Prepares and supervises the preparation of mechanical engineering designs, drawings, specifications, schedules, quantity and cost estimates for a wide range of new construction and maintenance improvement projects.

3. Electrical Engineer
Bayaty Architects is currently seeking an experienced and qualified Electrical Engineer to join our team in the UAE. This is an exciting opportunity to work on dynamic, high-profile projects within a reputable and fast-growing engineering and architectural firm.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years’ experience and 5 years’ of experience in the UAE in in ELV systems installation, maintenance, integration, testing, and commissioning.
