Fujairah International Airport is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to lead, develop, and enhance the airport’s human resources strategies and people management frameworks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
This role requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills, deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to implement innovative people strategies that support operational excellence and organizational growth.

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in UAE, your responsibilities may include:
- Ensure procedural compliance with internal HR policies and relevant labor laws.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment, selection, placement, and orientation programs.
- Formulate and recommend HR policies and procedures to maximize employee utilization and retention.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure uniform and fair policy implementation and enhance working conditions.
- Conduct employee surveys to monitor and improve turnover rates, wages, morale, and other HR-related metrics.
- Maintain accurate and secure HR records, forms, and personnel systems.
- Oversee and administer benefits programs such as health care, paid leave, sports festivals etc.
- Develop and implement systems for performance evaluation and employee suggestions.
- Represent organization in government and industry HR seminars/conferences.
- Provide counseling and support to employees on various workplace issues.
- Facilitate department-level recommendations on transfers, promotions, and compensation adjustments to the Director-Finance & Admin.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management to address morale and performance issues.
- Approve and track progress on HR department IMS (Integrated Management System) objectives.
- Ensure enforcement and alignment of disciplinary measures with company policies.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director HR.

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in UAE, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Master’s level qualification with a minimum of Ten (10) years management experience at a senior level, five (5) years of which should be in the managerial role, aviation/airport sector, preferable but not mandatory.
- Professional HRM certification such as, CIPD, SHRM etc.
- Strong working knowledge of employment law, benefits administration, compensation, and performance management.
- Proven expertise in hiring, employee classification, communication, and organizational development.
Qualification
- Master’s Degree (e.g., MSc, MBA, MA)
Experience
- Executive/Leadership – Roles like Director, VP, CTO, with strategic decision-making authority

Through the years, the airport has seen many expansions to create better connections and airline services. This included the construction of warehousing, aircraft maintenance facilities and airline offices. Under the wise guidance of His Highness Sheik Salah Al Sharqi, Chairman of the Department of Industry and Economy, his vision today has led the airport to expand again with additional parallel runway, taxiways, aprons, modern facilities including a new iconic Air Traffic Control Tower.
