As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:
- Monitor and analyse transactions, data and reports to identify suspicious, unusual, or potentially fraudulent activities across all branches and departments.
- Design, implement and continuously enhance fraud prevention and fraud risk management controls.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date fraud prevention records, including fraud registers, investigation logs, trackers and management reports.
- Conduct fraud risk assessments and support management, audit and regulatory reviews.
- Prepare accurate and timely management, audit and regulatory reports and summaries in line with applicable reporting requirements and timelines.
- Coordinate with branches and internal departments to collect, verify, validate and update fraud-related information through RCSA.
- Perform control effectiveness testing to evaluate the design and operational effectiveness of fraud prevention and risk controls.
- Support fraud investigations, trend analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain fraud awareness materials, training content and staff guidance.
- Demonstrate strong familiarity with applicable regulatory and reporting requirements.
- Maintain strict confidentiality, accuracy and regulatory compliance in all activities.

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in fraud, risk, compliance or internal control (experience with exchange houses or financial institutions in the UAE preferred).
- Thorough understanding of UAE Central Bank guidelines, particularly related to fraud prevention and operational/compliance risk.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good interpersonal, communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends and support management in decision-making.
- Willingness to learn and develop within the field of Fraud Prevention.
- Professional certifications such as CAMS, CFE, CFCS, ICA Diplomas, or equivalent are an advantage.
