- EXPORT DOCUMENTATION EXECUTIVE
- SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

- Very well versed with BL Formalities and LC terms and conditions for FCL Cargo.
- Aware of Incoterm, freight cost structure for exports.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of shipping operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with logistics partners to coordinate and schedule shipments, resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintain and monitor shipping documentation with accuracy.
- Preferably male candidates
- Past experience with a trading company is an advantage.
- Manage accounts receivable & payable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements
- Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax and legal requirements.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Prepare tax return filings and ensure timely submission of required documents
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
- Assist in audits by preparing necessary documentation and supporting the audit process
- Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and accounting principles especially with the taxation in the UAE
- Makes sure that Quickbooks is up to date
- Receivable & Payable reports on a timely manner
- Should be well versed of other accounting reports
Requirements
- Prepare, examine and analyze financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Preferably Quickbooks expert
- Preferably male candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
