We are looking for a dynamic Arabic-speaking Customer Care Executive to join our team.
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join the team at Al Ghurair Exchange. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and service requests across multiple channels including phone, chat, and email. You will play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience by providing accurate information, resolving complaints professionally, and coordinating with internal departments, branches, banks, and service providers to ensure timely and effective solutions.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with 1–3 years of experience in customer service and fluency in both spoken and written Arabic. You should be patient, solution-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of service excellence.
