As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:
Accounting & Financial Operations
- Maintain and update accounting records, general ledger, and journals.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare and post journal entries accurately and timely.
- Perform bank reconciliations and supplier account reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
Financial Reporting
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare financial statements as per company requirements.
- Assist in budgeting and variance analysis.
Compliance & Audit
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and maintain VAT documentation.
- Assist internal and external auditors with required financial information.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with procurement, HR, and operations teams for financial data.
- Support payroll accounting and expense verification.
- Assist in improving accounting processes and internal controls.

Requirements
