Hiring: Sales Support Officer
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time
The Sales Support Officer will support the sales team by managing digital communication channels, coordinating across departments, maintaining CRM data and reports, and assisting in the execution of sales campaigns, open days, and training activities. The role requires prior sales experience, strong coordination skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach.

- Manage the website chatbot and ensure timely responses to enquiries
- Handle the organisation’s official WhatsApp account and route leads appropriately
- Respond to enquiries across all official social media platforms
- Assign and distribute leads to sales teams based on defined sequencing
- Maintain accurate data and workflows in the CRM system
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS
- Conduct CRM and sales process training for sales and support teams
- Coordinate with Academics, Administration, Finance, and Marketing teams
- Support planning and execution of open days, campaigns, and events
- Assist Marketing with campaign tracking, evaluation, and materials
- Post relevant updates, campaigns, and performance information in internal groups
- Conduct market research and basic data analysis to support sales strategy
- Support sales managers with operational and coordination tasks
- Coordinate with the IT department on all CRM- and website-related matters
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in sales or sales support is mandatory
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and social media platforms
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Excellent organisational and reporting abilities
- Comfortable working with data and sales metrics
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced sales environment
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
