1. Procurement Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
- Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs.
- Maintain vendor records and evaluate supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Experience in retail or trading industry is a plus.

2. Inventory Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory across outlets and warehouses.
- Perform regular stock audits and reconcile system vs. physical counts.
- Analyze inventory data and flag discrepancies or stock issues.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Generate accurate inventory reports for management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse control.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Good command of inventory software or ERP systems.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
