The candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination, supervision, and ensuring that lighting works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:
- Supervise and execute lighting installation works on site in accordance with approved shop drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth site execution.
- Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents related to lighting and MEP works.
- Ensure proper installation of lighting fixtures, wiring, containment, control systems, and accessories.
- Monitor work progress, quality, and safety compliance at site.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants and authorities; close snag lists and ensure timely approvals.
- Verify material deliveries, conduct material inspections, and ensure approved materials are used on site.
- Assist in preparation of site reports, daily progress reports, and as-built drawings.
- Support testing, commissioning, focusing, and aiming of lighting fixtures.
- Coordinate with design and estimation teams for technical clarifications and value engineering proposals.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, project specifications, and company HSE policies.

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, applicants should meet the following requirements:
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, MEP Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of site experience in lighting projects or MEP works (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of:
- Lighting installation practices (indoor, outdoor, façade, landscape)
- Electrical and MEP coordination
- Ability to read and interpret:
- Electrical layouts
- Lighting drawings
- BOQs and specifications
- Working knowledge of:
- AutoCAD (basic to intermediate)
- MS Excel & MS Word
- Familiarity with lighting fixtures, drivers, control systems (DALI/KNX – preferred).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to follow company rules and site regulations.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, façade, or landscape lighting projects.
- Knowledge of lighting brands and suppliers in the UAE market.
- Basic understanding of lighting calculations and lux requirements.
- Experience in testing & commissioning of lighting systems.
- UAE driving license (added advantage).
