Positions:
- Financial Accountant

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:
- Posting of Recurring and/or periodic journal entries including but not limited to Fixed assets, Expense accrual, other journal entries.
- Month end Balance sheet and Control Account Reconciliation
- Reconciliations (Intercompany, Cash, Bank and cash Equivalent)
- Ensuring supplier invoices are correctly coded by payable accountant (Stock and Non-Stock).
- Support AP Accountant in reviewing and posting invoices
- Reviewing the Weekly/ Monthly payment plan submitted by AP Accountant.
- Checking documents prepared by AP accountant for weekly/monthly payments.
- Review Payment Journals /Txt files submitted in D365 and Business online.
- Creating PR request for Finance Department requirement and SRN once service / product received
- Reviewing of Vendor on boarding account, ensure bank details are provided with company letterhead signed and stamp
- Managing Petty Cash Fund and ensure compliance with company policy and procedure.
- Manage banking relationship and ensure BG are cancelled on time
- Managing transactions and processing payment of Corporate Credit Card
- Lease Monitoring
- Support with system automation
- Prepare VAT return and secure a review with PWC and Internal management approval prior to filing
- Corporate Tax Filing and Payments
- Bulk Invoice uploading using Power Query
- Support and provide requirements to auditor
- Implementation of internal Control

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, applicants should meet the following requirements:
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience with within a finance environment.
- Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting plus bookkeeping qualification.
- CA (Inter) would be added advantage
- Experience within Facility management field would be an advantage
Skills
- Sound financial accounting knowledge and fundamentals, balance sheet account reconciliation and compliance related to VAT and Corporate Tax.
- Advanced excel skill and ability to handle large volumes of data and summarization.
- Applied knowledge of Microsoft Power Query and Bis
- Intra department and inter departments coordination
