- Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and company standards
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses and prepare reports
- Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for staff
- Monitor use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports
- Coordinate with management and site teams to improve safety performance
Warehouse Assistant
- Assist in receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming goods and materials
- Organize, store, and label items correctly within the warehouse
- Pick, pack, and prepare goods for dispatch according to instructions
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and stock levels
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the warehouse area
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods onto vehicles
- Support stock counts and periodic inventory audits
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times
Receptionist
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a polite and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently

- Receive and distribute incoming mail, courier deliveries, and documents

- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks

- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems

Junior Accountant
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
- Record and process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers
- Assist in preparing tax filings and compliance documentation
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Support senior accountants with audits and financial analysis
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or construction
- Knowledge of UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations
- NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification preferred
- Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and enforce safety standards
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- High school education or equivalent
- 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
- Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items
- Basic knowledge of inventory handling and warehouse procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Good time management and reliability
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in administration is an advantage
- 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist or front-desk executive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
