Qatar Technical Aluminium (QTA) is a leading specialist in façade engineering, aluminium systems, and complex building envelopes, delivering high-profile projects across Qatar and the wider region. As our project portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong façade industry expertise to lead projects from award through to handover.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of façade projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in accordance with technical, contractual, and quality requirements. This role demands a hands-on professional who understands the realities of façade design, procurement, manufacturing, and site installation — not just someone who manages spreadsheets.

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Qatar, your responsibilities may include:
- Manage façade projects from contract award through design, procurement, fabrication, installation, and final handover
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Develop and monitor project programmes, budgets, cash flow, and resource plans
- Coordinate closely with engineering, production, logistics, and site teams to ensure seamless execution
- Review shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and technical documentation
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with project requirements
- Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and contractual obligations
- Prepare progress reports, commercial updates, and variation submissions
- Support claims, extensions of time, and final account processes when required

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Qatar, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in project management within the façade / aluminium / glazing industry
- Proven track record delivering mid to large-scale façade projects
- Strong understanding of façade systems, installation methodologies, and sequencing
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Project management credentials (PMP or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment
- Experience working in Qatar or the GCC is an advantage
