We’re Hiring: Operations Manager – Café, Food Service, Events & Pop-Ups (Multi-Branch)
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and drive operational excellence across multiple café branches, while also managing events, pop-ups, kiosks, and temporary outlets. This role is critical in ensuring brand consistency, food safety compliance, strong financial performance, and an exceptional customer experience across all locations.
Description
Positions:
- Operations Manager
- Oversee daily operations across all café branches
- Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs, brand standards, and service guidelines
- Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and performance reviews
- Plan, execute, and manage events, pop-ups, kiosks, and temporary outlets
- Coordinate staffing, logistics, setup, and breakdown for events
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards across all operations
- Lead, coach, and support Store Managers and event teams
- Manage budgets, costs, sales performance, and profitability
- Oversee inventory management, suppliers, and equipment coordination
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and labor laws
- Support new branch openings and business growth initiatives
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Sales growth and profitability
- Event and pop-up performance
- Customer satisfaction
- Labor and food cost control

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in F&B operations with multi-branch exposure
- Proven experience managing events and pop-ups
- Strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills
