Positions:
- HR & Admin Executive

- Manage daily office administration and facilities
- Support HR operations including onboarding, records, attendance & leave
- Coordinate visas, trade licenses, insurance, and compliance
- Maintain HR/admin documents, contracts, assets, and vendors
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics
- Support office events and employee engagement activities
- Proficient in MS Office and HR/Admin systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in HR support & office administration
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HR/Admin systems
