Salary Package: 6K AED
Are you a detail-oriented HR professional with strong administrative expertise and hands-on experience in UAE government portals? We are looking for a proactive HR & Admin Coordinator to support our growing organization and ensure smooth HR & administrative operations.
Description
Positions:
- HR & Admin Coordinator
- Handle MOHRE portals, work permits, visa applications, ICAD, airport passes, and related government processes
- Manage employee onboarding formalities, documentation, and personal files
- Coordinate medical health appointments and screenings
- Screen CVs and support recruitment activities
- Maintain and update HRIS systems accurately
- Ensure proper employee filing and document control
- Manage and renew company licenses and registrations
- Work on UAE digital platforms including UAE PASS, TAMM, and ADGM Portal
- Prepare HR reports and documentation using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR & Admin Coordinator or similar role in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor processes and government portals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
