Salary Package: 12K to 15K AED
Samira Maatouk Group is seeking a highly driven and experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance function and support strategic business growth across our diversified operations.
Description
Positions:
- Finance Manager

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, VAT, audits, and internal controls
- Oversee accounting operations, AP/AR, payroll coordination, and cost controls
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision-making
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders
- Drive process improvement, financial efficiency, and risk management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s / CPA / ACCA is a plus)
- 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, hospitality, or trading
- Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations and VAT
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems specially SAP B1 and MS Excel
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
