This role is central to the smooth operation of our branch, providing critical support to our brokers, direct clients, and sales team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in medical and general insurance operations, ensuring exceptional service and efficient coordination across all stakeholders.

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:
- Responsible for assisting brokers/direct clients with all medical and general lines inquiries and coordinate & follow up with all stakeholders.
- Responsible for assisting Branch Sales Staff in any matters related to their field works or unresolved issues related to all lines of business.
- Preparing any relevant documents / insurance policies / insurance certificates/ renewal notice /claim docs and use systems as may be necessary for the smooth functioning of the branch.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports for business analysis and track progress.
- Any additional tasks assigned by the manager, as per changing business needs.

Requirements
