- Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
- Support the senior accountant in day-to-day accounting operations.
- Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense vouchers with accuracy.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in preparing tax documents, reports, and financial statements.
- Provide support during audits and ensure timely submission of required data.
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Design engaging graphics for digital platforms, print materials, presentations, and corporate branding.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content and campaigns.
- Develop layouts, infographics, and social media visuals that reflect company identity.
- Ensure consistency of design across all marketing and communication channels.
- Work on brochures, reports, newsletters, and other client-facing materials.
- Edit images, videos, and design templates for internal and external use.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to bring innovation into projects.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and related devices.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot reported problems.
- Assist with data backups, recovery, and IT security protocols.
- Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations and user guides.
- Support employees with IT-related queries and provide training when required.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment and services.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and data protection regulations.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, policies, and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints, resolve issues efficiently, and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain updated records of client interactions in CRM systems.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and follow-ups with clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met promptly.
- Collect feedback to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
- Support the customer service team in achieving performance targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a tax or consultancy firm.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, VAT, and financial regulations in the UAE.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a corporate or consultancy environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and networking systems.
- Familiarity with firewalls, antivirus, and IT security practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the consulting or financial services industry.
