Kay International AMEA Limited, a leading reinsurance management firm based in DIFC, is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Accounts Payable Executive to join our Finance team.
As an Senior Associate in the Accounts Payable Department, you will play a key role in the accurate and timely processing of payables related to premiums, claims, and operational expenses. This position demands a proactive approach to reconciliation, strong collaboration with technical teams, and a high standard of compliance and financial control.

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:
- Process reinsurer premium payables and Source (cedant and broker) claims payables accurately and on time
- Track due dates and ensure payments are made in accordance with contractual terms
- Reconcile reinsurer accounts, statements of accounts (SOAs), bordereaux, and technical statements
- Coordinate closely with technical accounting and claims teams for data accuracy
- Handle multi-currency transactions, applying spot FX rates as required
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and understand terms like TOBA, PPW, and TOR.
- Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation
- Process monthly employee out-of-pocket expense reconciliations
- Proactively follow up on outstanding claims receivables.
- Carry out any additional duties as assigned by the Finance & Accounting Manager

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, applicants should meet the following requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CMA) are a strong plus
Experience:
- 3–5 years in Accounts Payable, preferably in the reinsurance, insurance, or financial services sectors.
- Experience working in a DIFC or DFSA-regulated environment is highly preferred.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reconciliation tools
- Strong knowledge of reinsurance/insurance terminology and workflows
- Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in financial handling.
Performance Metrics:
- Timeliness and accuracy of payment processing
- Adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards
- Effectiveness in account reconciliation and vendor query response
- Support in managing AP aging and cash flow forecasting
