- Quality Officer

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:
- Oversee the quality Inspections during the Aluminium Extrusion Process to ensure products meet customer and industry specifications.
- Perform Visual Inspections and dimensional check on product to Identify defects such as surface imperfections, warping or incorrect measurement.
- Analyse Production Process and identify areas for quality improvement in the Extrusion lines.
- Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to implement the corrective actions and process improvement.
- Develop and refine Standard operating procedures ( SOPs) to ensure consistent Quality in the Aluminium Extrusion Process.
- Maintain detailed records of Inspections, Tests and Quality Control activities.
- Support the Production Team with Technical guidance on Quality related matters during extrusions.
- Ensure all products meet the relevant quality Standard of Aluminium profiles.
- Proven Experience ( 5 + Years) as quality engineer in the aluminium Extrusion Industry.
- Knowledge of Quality Standard such as ISO: 9001 and BS standard for the dimensions and Tolerances for Aluminium extrusions Profiles.
- Strong analytical skills the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
- Ability to identify issues quickly and implement the effective solutions to improve the quality of the Product.
- Strong written and verbal Communication skill to interact with production teams and management.
