Adams Care Technical Services is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager / Assistant Operations Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AC maintenance, duct cleaning, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), and cleaning services. As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth execution and completion of jobs.
- Supervise all AC and maintenance teams, ensuring each team completes their assigned jobs.
- Prepare and manage daily schedules, ensuring efficient team deployment and on-time job execution.
- Ensure jobs are completed in a single visit whenever possible to minimize additional visits.
- Conduct inspections and audits to maintain service quality.
- Handle onsite challenges and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Verify job completion reports, including before and after reports for maintenance jobs.
- Ensure accurate documentation of annual maintenance jobs and PPM reports.
- Sign job cards and oversee submission of reports post-job completion.
- Prepare inspection reports and project cost estimates.
- Oversee repair and maintenance of company vehicles and tools.
- Ensure proper branding of company vehicles.
- Manage team uniforms and enforce compliance with company standards.
- Conduct regular check-ups of machinery and tools to prevent breakdowns.
- Build and maintain relationships with current vendors.
- Forecast material requirements and ensure timely procurement.
- Arrange materials before teams depart for appointments.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and improving service delivery.
- Minimize complaints and ensure smooth job execution.
- Collect Google reviews and feedback after each job completion.
- Track daily operations and report job completions.
- Analyze and forecast operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.
- Prepare and submit overtime reports for the team.
- Generate team performance reports.
- Prepare and submit monthly operations reports.
