Requirements

- Project Coordination: Proven ability to oversee project timelines, budgets, and ensure smooth coordination between different stakeholders (design teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients).
- UAE Regulations: In-depth understanding of UAE building codes, standards, and regulations related to interior fit-out.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify technical issues early, propose solutions, and ensure that project milestones are met with high-quality results.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit knowledge is a plus, 3D Max and Sketch Up and other technical software to manage and track project details.
