Positions:
- HSE Administrator

- To deal firsthand with general health & safety enquiries e.g. telephone, emails etc., liaising with other staff as necessary, and advising accordingly.
- To be responsible for recording and acknowledging any health & safety queries or concerns, tracking and monitoring progress against actions.
- To be the main point of contact for organizing health & safety audits, distributing reports as appropriate
- To maintain information in a confidential manner, adhering to company procedures
- To provide administrative support to the HSE Manager and the HSE Department in general
- To create and maintain health & safety reports as required.
Requirements
- Relevant 2 years experience in an MEP contracting company or in a similar role.
- Certification/ Diploma in HSE or equivalent.
- Must be familiar with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
- Immediate availability to join the team.
