As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Bahrain, your responsibilities may include:
- Prepares cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents, consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel
- Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements
- Manage customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data we receive
- Service existing clients and explore new clients
- Attend to customers' enquiry, prepare and submit quotations
- Attend to customers' complaint, feedback to workshop and provide solutions to customers
- Pay regular visits to customers for Sales & Marketing purpose
- Co-ordinate with workshop to ensure job is completed according to schedule and specifications
- Ensure Purchase Order Numbers are obtained prior to delivery of parts
- Entertain and attend to customers during their visits at our workshop
- Establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with customers
- Achieve sales turnover & profitability in line with company objectives
- Identify key projects
- Building relationship with key personnel (decision makers) within a customer site
- Hold technical discussions with clients, Understand customer needs & provide them with solution
- Collect market info in a structural way
- Assist finance dept. in collecting debts;
- Ensure completion of customer satisfaction survey

Requirements
