Positions:

- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Facilitate project meetings and document key decisions and action items.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in project management.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure completion within deadlines.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Supervise project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Review extension of time claims prior to Client/Main Contractor submission.
- Attend project coordination meetings whenever higher management in planning department is required.
- Coordinate with the project manager / director for all the planning related concerns for the successful job execution.
Requirements
- Relevant 10+ years UAE experience in an MEP contracting company or in a similar role. At least 3 years in managing team is an advantage.
- Engineering Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Immediate availability to join the team.
