Abu Dhabi Precast (ADP) is one of the leading manufacturers of precast and pre-stressed Concrete in U.A.E, established in 2001 by a visionary businessman, H.E. Khalfan Saeed Jumaa Al Kaabi. ADP is the leader in the manufacturing, delivery, and erection of Precast Products in the region. Since its establishment, ADP have grown from a single factory to multiple facilities in the Mussafah location, that are solely owned and operated by ASCORP Holdings.
ADP possesses several state-of-the-art machinery and facilities in all of its factories. Our factory facility, located in Abu Dhabi Industrial City-Al Mussafah Industrial area, is of a total land area of 227,000m2 with covered production shed area of 32000m2. We are equipped with three modern and fully computerized calibrated batching plants. We have modern laboratory facility with fully calibrated equipment for testing of raw materials and production quality control manned by Quality Engineers. ADP has the capacity to produce 700m3 a day of a variety of products, and a daily production of 300 m3 of hollow core slabs. ADP’s various products adhere to the strictest international standards and have consequently been approved and utilized in both the public and private sector.
Continuous quality improvement and the drive towards excellence are inborn in our expert team of domain professionals and industry’s most competent support staff. As a prelude to our efforts to excellence, we are certified with ISO 9001:2015 for provision of precast and pre-stressed units. We have very strict quality assurance system and in line with the following International codes of practice namely: Precast Pre-Stressed Concrete Institute (PCI), American Concrete Instituted (ACI) British Standards (BS), Canadian Precast Pre-Stressed Concrete (CPCI) and American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM).
ADP has its own Transportation and Erection team, well equipped with its own transport fleet and mobile cranes needed to meet work schedules. Our various products have been approved in both Private and Government sectors such as Abu Dhabi Municipality Directorate of Military works (DMW), Ministry of defense, ADNOC and ADWEA, Takreer, Musanada, ADDC, ADCO, TRANSCO, AADC and various private clients. ADP has become the premier choice to execute any, if not all, precast related projects in the UAE for these reasons.
