Responsibilities

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:

Receivables- Responsible for the entire function of Receivables

• Registration of Client after obatain adequate approval
• Generation of AR Ageing, verify and submit it to management for weekly review 
• Follow-up with Client for the timely recovery of Receivables 
• Sending SOA periodically to the clients 
• Coordinate with Sales/ Commercial for the Invoice Discrepency 
• Arrange for the Cheque collection upon receipt of noticiation from client / Sales Dept. 
• Pass accounting Entry for the Receipts of fund from the client 
• Checking of Invoices with the entry been passed in ERP 

Cost Management

• Reviewing the financial performance of the Jobs/ project wise 
• Comparing the actual vs estimation cost and discuss with relevant managers for the variations 
• Submitting the report to managmenet on weekly basis 
• Verifying each Invoices & compare with Estimation 
• Report to Management for any Deviation between Actual & Estimation
